After completing a DPhil in contemporary history from the University of Oxford, she was even given the title of doctor. Her education, on the other hand, did not end there. • Although,Nusbacher began her work as a University of Toronto administrator in 1988 while still obtaining her first degree, a job she held for six years.  Lynette was then hired by the Canadian Armed Forces as a logistician.
• Lynette was the financial officer for an infantry brigade until 2000 and became the LMC consultant later that year as a partner and senior consultant in military and strategic studies. she was also given the opportunity to do specialist operational research prior to her departure in 2017.
• was capable of working two or three jobs at once. In the interim, she worked for the UK Cabinet Office in 2007 as a Senior Intelligence Advisor and Devil’s Advocate. She was in charge of keeping the national security assessment system clean.
• Finally in  2008, she was named the head of the Strategic Horizons Unit. She also worked as a part-time tutor at the University of Reading from 2006 to 2012.
