Younan later submitted a counter-petition that claimed to be unsupportive. However, after two years of filing for divorce, the court ruled in Delores’ favor, ordering Younan to pay a sizable sum of money as part of the divorce settlement.

Younan was required to forfeit his home as well as 70% of their combined AS sets as part of the settlement. He also paid an additional $380,000, which the court appraised.
